Who we are. Elkington and Fife LLP is a leading firm of patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys founded in 1927. Our partners are acknowledged experts in their fields and have a good understanding of how intellectual property is best used by commercial and industrial organisations, having either worked in industry or worked closely with large businesses.
What we do. We work in all areas of intellectual property (IP), including patents (and SPCs), trade marks and registered designs, as well as design-right, industrial copyright and passing off.
Where we are. Our offices are conveniently situated in central London and Sevenoaks, Kent (on the outskirts of London).
Our philosophy. We give clear advice and practical solutions. We advise with an appreciation of the commercial background rather than from a narrow legal standpoint. We are small enough that our clients can know the individual dealing with their work, but are large enough to provide the depth of resources needed to operate in today’s legal environment.

Mark Hiddleston and Peter Charlton will be attending the INTA conference in Washington DC from 05 to 09 May 2012. Mark will be travelling to Washington early and will be available to meet from 04 to 09 May 2012.
